Description
Variable outline, variably convex profile, geniculate ventral valve, dorsal valve initially flat, geniculate anteriorly, distinctive ornament of rugae interrupted by primary costellae, relatively large, suboval ventral muscle field bounded by low ridges posterolaterally only, ventral myophragm developed, small, erect cardinal process lobes, dorsal muscle field bounded posterolaterally by low ridges, one pair of low dorsal side septa, small median ridge in valve center.
