Small with subtriangular to subpentagonal outline and dorsibiconvex profile, strongly inflated anteriorly, Beak suberect, Fold and sulcus from umbones, anterior commissure uniplicate with high tongue trapezoid to acuminate, Costae subangular, simple, from beak, present on entire surface, Dental plates short, thin, vertical, Hinge plates divided, horizontal, crural plates not meeting valve floor, dorsal septum and septalium absent.
