Description

Transversely ovate to subcircular, ventribiconvex, hinge line nearly straight, ventral pseudointerarea variably defined, high, apsacline, catacline or procline, homeodeltidium small to large, dorsal pseudointerarea usually well defined, low, anacline to catacline, homeochilidium small, apical, ornament of sharply defined, evenly spaced concentric fila, with or without fine radial costellae, which in some species break up the concentric fila into short segments that are usually convex adapically
