"Subcircular, biconvex valves with aditicules, ventral interarea long, curved, and orthocline, dorsal interarea vestigial, ventral interior with quadrate muscle scar and median ridge, dorsal interior with brachiophores as spikelike rods with divergent plates, muscle scar with anterior scars larger than posterior pair."
