Medium size, deep corpus, ribs regular posteriorly, but irregular and commonly weak on trails, enlarged or branched distal to spine bases, dorsal valve commonly lamellose on trail, lateral ridges strong, near hinge, continue as ear baffles and subperipheral ridge laterally
