Description

Medium size, almost equally biconvex, outline subovate, ventral umbonal region broad, beak incurved, ventral interarea indistinct, ornament lamellose with widely spaced, undulating, squamose growth lamellae fringed with closely spaced, fine, uniramous spines, ventral interior simple, dental adminicula and septa absent, spiralia directed posterolaterally. Permian (Lopingian): Sicily.
